Time Management Made Easy
Sometimes managing our own time is not that easy as we think. We have to make sure we know our priorities. For me, being employed in a public school, working with my blog, studying masters degree and working as Sunday school teacher and supporting ministries at church is really difficult. It really requires great determination. In my case, I'm having a hard time to finish one single task because I make sure I've done my best in all tasks. But time flies so fast, so we have to make sure
we can accomplish the job just right in time.
There are some unexpected events that comes along the way- that will completely ruin your scheduled or planned activities. Some unexpected guest that visits you at home, some events that needs to be attended or additional task that is given to you unexpectedly. These are the factors that will surely affect your planners' to do lists.
So here are some of the things to do:
1. Do it right and slowly. No matter how hard or complicated it is, you will still pay attention to the details. Because when you do it in a hurry, you might end up doing it again.
2. Pay attention to time. As much as possible have a wrist watch attached to you always. The more conscious you are with the time, the more you can equally divide the the task according to it's allotted time.
3. (If you can) do it ahead of time. If you want to finish the task on time, well you probably sacrifice some of your wee hours of nap. Well, this is just temporary. You have to find time to do things or tasks ahead the deadline . You must sacrifice some of your vacant time. It will lessen your stress (trust me!).
4. Leave your friends (just kidding). Well, avoid distractions. That's the best thing to do.
5. Do all things heartily. When you are happy doing all the things you planned, You will no longer feel the burden in doing it. Enjoy what you're doing. That's the best key.
