How to do CPR on Hand?

Hi just got home from school. I don’t know why, but I really feel weak and tired every time I got home from my work. I worked as a teacher. In line with my job, I have to know the basic first aid. We always rely in the school nurse to check our student's health and  The the I am so thankful about this site Hands-Only CPR because I learned some of the helpful tips on how to deal with CPR and basic first aid. In case there are students who will be admitted in the clinic, it is easier to do. Some of us, especially teachers, feel reluctant to apply CPR to our students and even to our co-workers. Through this site we can do CPR by just using our hands.
