My cousin, with the same age as mine, is getting married this January. She’s already 24 and she’s engaged to her boyfriend. She’s happy and excited. We are the same age, but soon we’re in different status. I’m single and she’s married. I usually read status from my Facebook friends where they feel lonely being single. Usually, people feel lonely because they don’t have company or someone to be with. Single life is far more different than married life. But which one is better? Being single or being married? It's Christmas time. Christmas is in the air. Oh, I love Christmas. Last night, we had a wonderful time together with my cousins and my family at the Christmas village at city hall. Though, it's not as wonderful as Star City, Mall of Asia, Disney Land and other amusement park, but I really enjoyed the day. It is the thought that counts- spending the night with my loved ones. I was with my whole family and counsins, uncle and auntie. We had fun. We ate street food at the bench and we had fun time together. We had funny and enjoyable conversations. We were laughing and doing some pictorials. We enjoyed the place even though it's not as colorful as last year's. I really enjoyed the colorful lights all around. There are tall Christmas trees and etc. Being with your family is the most rewarding part, the ambiance is just a consolation. I thank God for this wonderful moment. I love this little girl. She looks so natural and lively. I wish I could go back- even just a day- in her age and just think of something great- without even thinking problems and different pressures of this world. I took this photo early in the morning. She just woke up and visited me in the house. She sat near the fishpond and she just simple gaze on the fishes. This is a clear picture of her happy face by just seeing those fishes. I don't know, but I feel like I envy the child's feeling of relaxation and innocence- without even thinking how cruel the world is. Despite all the hardship that I've been going through right now, I do believe that our Heavenly Father still looks at me like a little child who longs the comfort and a hug from her Heavenly Father. Hi everyone, finally, December is here. I really love December because December is Christmas time. I am always excited for Christmas season. What I love about is the spirit of Christmas where everybody is happy, forgiving, loving and specially celebrating the birth of the savior Christ. I also love the gift giving, sharing and family reunion. This time of the year, the family gets together and enjoying the Christmas Eve or we called it "Noche Buena". In "Noche Buena", it is where the whole family enjoyed a midnight dinner together. The whole family enjoyed the whole evening- laughing, exchanging gifts, singing, dancing and etc. For me, Christmas is worth celebrating. That's why I always see to it that everything is well-prepared as early as possible. I also saved money to buy gifts and for the "handa" or food to prepare. Today is a thanks giving day in the US. Actually it falls on the the 28th of November but I am making this in late because of the time here in the Philippines is advance. My friend in the US gave me a background why they celebrated "Thanks Giving Day". Actually, we don't have "thanks giving day", I mean making it a holiday. So here's why they celebrated thanks giving. According to her,Thanksgiving is about a big feast with family or friends. It's recognition of the first Pilgrims who feasted with the Indians at Plymouth Rock. The Pilgrims were the forefathers who left England for freedom of religion and taxes as she recall and the built colonies in America. What is the most romantic musical instrument? Women, now a day, are attracted to men who knows how to play musical instruments. Let's be honest, it's a "plus" if a man knows how to play any of these instruments- it's either piano, guitar, drums, violin, sax and etc. Woman easily falls in love if the man knows how to sing or play the instrument.
